As a teacher of forensic science for almost 20 years, Linda Maria Frank decided to create mysteries around the science she found most interesting. She also wanted to create a smart, edgy, young female detective to solve the cases. The result was Annie Tillery. Frank likes to call her books “Nancy Drew meets CSI”. Her books capture, not only her love of mystery and science, but those things she found most exciting in life; sailing, falling in love, and a fascination with New York City.  She is the Producer of the Writer’s Dream TV Show.

Currently, the author lives on Long Island in New York. The third Annie Tillery mystery will revolve around the topic of archeology. It takes place in Turkey.
